The main article content is included and you can add updates or
personal articles with each issue. Included in this managed
email program are reports of any opt-outs, bounced, or spam email of

Email newsletter pricing: |

 | All issues are $50 each and paid one year in advance; if the
subscription starts during the year, the second year will be
prorated.
|

There is a one-time setup fee of
$150 for the first email newsletter and $100 set up fee for the
second email newsletter. When you renew, the setup fee is not charged
again. |

Here does the Managed FOR You Email
Newsletter program works: |

Review all information |
|
Before you get started, it is important to review the different
documents that you will need to either complete and/or sign. You can
preview these documents below.

|
Make
your payment |
|
Sign
up to start the email newsletters of your choice. You can sign up on the Landlord website,
using the convenience of PayPal (see #6 below) or
call Jean Storms, MPM® to place a
telephone order. You will then receive personalized documents to
sign and complete. |
|
|
|
Submit your documents |
|
Submit your documents as quickly and completely as possible so that
the design process can start and so that you do not miss the next
issue. If there is anything missing, you will receive a reminder
email. ALL client contact lists are kept confidential. |
|
|
|
Proof
your newsletter |
|
After
the design process is finished, you will receive a proof to
review. After your email newsletter is finalized, it set up on our
automatic schedule and will ship to your clients on
programmed dates. |

|
|
Watch for follow-up emails & track your success |
|
Once
your email newsletter is established, you will receive automatic
emails that give you dates to add content, reports on your contact
list, or approval of the next issue. The scheduled email reminders
are crucial to the success of your email newsletter. |

How to order email newsletters |

Order email newsletters by phoning
LandlordSource at (866) 383-4341. Phone orders require either
VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Once you order your email
newsletter, contracts and information personalized to your
company will be sent to you within 5 business days. |
