Storms, MPM®, President
Jean
Storms, MPM®, is president and owner of LandlordSource and
RE Manuals, subsidiaries of JSL Real Estate Services, Inc., a California
Corporation. Working in the real estate and property
management industry since 1979, she managed 400+
properties with JSL Real Estate Services, Inc. and Lee Storms
Properties. Jean holds a real estate license in California.
Jean
has taught and authored many workshops, seminars, and courses concerning property
management and technology for NARPM. She was a NARPM® National Instructor and author
as well. Jean authored the NARPM "RMP® Applying Technology to Property
Management" and "RMP® Tenancy."
Jean is a Master Property Manager
(MPM®) with the National
Association of Residential Managers (NARPM®). She served 1995-2000 as a NARPM® National
Director, and as chairperson for the NARPM National Education, Publications, Long Range,
and History committees. Jean was a member of the National Association of
REALTORS® (NAR), the
California Association of REALTORS®
(CAR) and the Sacramento Association
or REALTORS®
(SAR) from 1979 until 2008.
In Memoriam
Lee
Storms, Broker, GRI, was a REALTOR® from 1965-2009
and was a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the
California Association of REALTORS®
(CAR), and the Sacramento Association
of REALTORS® (SAR). He
achieved the 40 year Emeritus Award from the Sacramento Association
of REALTORS®.
In addition, Lee held a
general contractor license in the state of California from 1979 until
July 2009 with over 30 years of experience in building and rehabilitation of properties.
Lee was a contributor to the
LandlordSource/RE Manuals products until his passing in December 2009.
